These damn E bikes and scooters are getting to be a problem. I wonder if anybodies keeping statistics of the body count. They are fast and no license required . Anybody, any age can ride one. And the little idiots seem to love to zip around in busy parking lots. I’m not a big fan of any regulation but if the parents aren’t going to do the job there’s going to be at the very least a lot of broken bones.
Every “bicycle” rider should have to have a government issued license to operate on a public way, so that they can be cited for law violations just like motor vehicle operators.
Live by the t-shirt, die by the SUV.
Anarchy is all cool and stuff until one realizes it doesn’t work at an intersection.

The kid actually hit the car not the other way around. Should have to pay for damages.
My wife and I once were hit by a skateboarder at a busy intersection in downtown Spokane, the kid ran smack dab into the back end of our large Chevy station wagon and bounced off and picked himself up and continued on riding his skateboard. It happened in the blink of any eye and bammo he just got up and continued on riding his skateboard down the street. We don’t know if he hurt himself or not because it happened so quickly.

Anarchy simply by definition means NO GOVERNMENT. It doesn’t mean no rules nor the ability to overcome the laws of physics or nature.
