Breitbart: Investigators are combing through critical testimony by Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s top aide, during an April deposition by the Judicial Watch public-interest law firm.
The focus on Abedin come as FBI director James Comey announced Friday that the investigation over Hillary Clinton’s email scandal would continue despite his prior statements that it was completed. Comey revealed his decision in a letter to Congress after he’d gotten evidence that important emails were found on a laptop computer used by both Abedin and her estranged husband, Anthony Weiner.
The June deposition of Abedin was conducted by the watchdog group, Judicial Watch. During the questioning, their attorneys asked Abedin “How did you go about searching for what records you may have in your possession to be returned to the State Department?”
“I — I looked for all the devices that may have any of my State Department work on it and returned — returned — gave them to my attorneys for them to review for all relevant documents. And gave them devices and paper.”
Judicial Watch followed up with Abedin and the deposition transcript shows the following exchange, with Abedin answering under oath:
Q Okay. And what devices did you return for your attorneys to look through with respect to federal records you may have had in your possession to be returned to the State Department?
MS. WOLVERTON: Objection. Beyond the scope.
A My — if my memory serves me correctly, it was two laptops, a BlackBerry, and some files that I found in my apartment.
Q Okay. The BlackBerry that you returned, is that a BlackBerry that was associated with your Clintonemail.com account?
A Yes.
there must be consequences for this, or else there are two sets of laws:

We already know that there is evidence of of a crime on the computer because the FBI applied for a Search Warrant to continue searching and recovering evidence. They need Probable Cause, essentially factual proof to convince a judge it exists on the computer, and that proof comes from the emails they already viewed. That is the only possible source for a basis. They correctly stopped going further than they did so the evidence will be admissable and lawfully recovered.
As Sig points out, since its a given that the classified emails/info is undoubtedly present, the more important question is the review of the entire login history of her email accounts by IP address and geographic location.
I believe Huma intentionally sent those emails to her 3rd and 4th emails because she thought there was absolutely no oversight or scrutiny of who logged onto. I believe she gave her passwords to the Muslim Brotherhood and they had direct access to all of our classified intel in real time. She herself thought she was “off the grid”.
This history will provide the unimpeachable proof that she is a Honey Trap and a spy, guilty of violating the Espionage Act and should be sentenced to death. The only question is did Hitlery give her the wink & nod to do it or did inHuman do it on her own.
This is absolutely devastating and unprecedented treason at the highest level we have ever publicly seen and highly probable.

Czar, they are going for a warrant because they a) will definately get one and b) it avoids the inevitable argument that she had a right to privacy even though she gave him the shared device. They will say she still had an expectation of privacy on the personl email accounts.
Its absolutely better to get the warrant and close that door. This is real. This may be one of the biggest cases in modern American political history. It has huge international implications. This time around it has to be done RIGHT. People that enjoyed free reign for decades of crimes and corruption may end up arrested finally and many careers will be ruined. We dont want any evidence suppressed and we want an airtight case.
This is horrible news for Hillary.

@Mike Brown – you got it. Remove the possibility of Hillary’s lawyers filing motions to suppress evidence. It appears that the FBI “stumbled” across this evidence while conducting a voluntary search authorized by Mr. Wiener. I wonder if he knew this evidence was there…
I’m not an expert with software, but I could imagine it’s possible that some auto configuration feature operating in the background unseen may have forwarded these emails to Carlos Danger’s laptop that Huma sometimes used, and Huma did not know about it . But they were waiting there to be discovered. Somewhat like the celebrates who take nude selfless with their smart phones, then they are found on the public folders of their Cloud account.
It’s the Cloud that is dooming these bitches.

Abedin (Clinton’s surrogate) didn’t have to forward e-mails to anybody – all she had to do was issue temporary passwords and the entire server could be accessed.
I’m guessing the “Pay-for-Play” deal had a much greater scope than just a “Meet-and-Greet” with the Secretary – probably missile telemetry, warhead ages, areas of vulnerability, who could be compromised (and how), and specifics on the agendas of the CIA and NSA.

Hillary is going to jail. I was trying to figure out why her aide would send emails to herself over her husband’s computer. Then it dawned on me, Hillary’s server would keep emails from being archived and bleaching them would definitely remove them from any scrutiny. Huma was clearly aware of that, but by sending them to herself, she established a record that could not be erased. Thus, the emails would be in the Microsoft cloud or similar for Apple. Now, why would she do that? She states it was to facilitate printing. Why does she need to print them, especially all 30,000. And, she would have been required to give those papers to the FBI months ago or provide evidence of their safe destruction (I have to do this for medical records).
So, why keep the emails? It is clear that this was Uma’s get out of jail card. This was her little hide that would be used to negotiate her position in the future if a really true criminal case was developed. But the FBI stumbled upon it. These emails will have the dirt on Hillary and the foundation. It is what the public has been trying to get for years and what Hillary has been trying to hide, as well as Obama and Justice.
What does this mean? Hillary is going to jail (I am doing my happy dance). She might be elected as we have very stupid people in our country, but immediately a special prosecutor will be arranged, and she will go to jail. Her crimes are so extensive that I don’t think Obama can pardon her, and that may mean that Obama will be looking at time as well, and even Lynch. If Trump gets in, then he can use this as a spring board to clean house of both the Republicans and Democrats.

I have my doubts. Believe me this will implicate Obama too. He’s already been caught lying about not knowing Hillary was using a private server. Probably not a big deal. But I’ll bet there’s a bunch of incriminating documentation on that hard drive that leads right back to the Oval Office. There’s no way they will prosecute America’s first Halfrican President. I’m not sure what they will do, but they will take some sort of action and they need to do it fast.
As an aside, remember that Mr. Trump was prescient about something like this happening because of the reckless criminal behavior of the Clinton Cartel. Not really hard to make that observation I guess, but he voiced it when the lapdog media or the cowardly Repubs wouldn’t…good instincts!

Now that the FBI has obtained the laptop/s without Huma’s assistance, Huma has little or no chips left to bargain with.

She may escape claiming she is to sick to stand trail or prison. Then be let off the hook like – The Lockerbie bomber, Abdelbaset ali al Megrahi, who was sentenced to life in prison in 2001. Was released in 2009 on the belief / excuse he was terminally ill, and would die within 3 months. But he lived on for three more years.

All email goes FROM someone TO someone and could’ve been recovered from the recipients if they’d wanted to. The NSA probably has that stuff anyway. Even data that’s been written over leaves remnants. The file system allocates space in blocks so even if a file is 1 byte long it still typically has 4K (4096 bytes) of space reserved. If a file that fills a block is subsequently replaced by a 1 byte file, most of the original file is still there.
BleachBit my ass. There are free programs like DBaN to wipe hard drives to DoD specs and you don’t have to be smart to use them, just say “yes” to the prompts. They all work by writing a “0” to every byte on the drive, then writing a “1”, then writing a random byte. If you don’t do this, remnants of the original info can be recovered by labs that make big money doing this work. It costs a lot, but money’s no problem for the government, now is it?
I have to certify in writing hard drives are wiped to DoD specs before they leave my shop OR I CAN BE FINED AND GO TO JAIL. For the broken ones we use a shredder that reduces them to little metal chips. Her IT guy HAD to know about wiping programs and with Clinton’s reputation he for damn sure would’ve been careful. I seriously doubt ANYTHING was wiped considering how inept the investigators SEEM to be. If it were my ass on the line, the entire server would have been metal shavings AFTER I made several complete images and set up deadman switches to release them if I had an “accident”.
