Images from:
Old guy (Violet holding onto Verbena) They very much enjoy each other. Lots of chasing and climbing.
Charlie WalksonWater (Indiana Bones, or Indy, of course) part lahsa apso/lab. She was 15 yo when this shot was taken. She was the neighborhood pet with some neighbors inviting her in for treats, others where she entered their doggy doors and got treats, another where she raided his jerky smoker and cleaned it out. He was good hearted about it. She also smelled hot dogs in my garage frigerator, opened the door, pulled out the tray and ate all the hot dogs. We lost her 2 yrs later on a bitterly cold December evening in 2015, probably 10 below when we went for her evening walk. She always followed me without a leash and after a couple blocks we turned around to head home. She trotted off to investigate something behind a house and I walked home, assuming as always that she would be right behind me or meet or beat me home since it was so damn cold. She never came back. I was devastated and searched for hours, then days. I guess she met with a larger wild animal. No one could wish for a better dog and I know I’ll see her and my other buddies again.
Charlie WalksonWater (Toby Tornado) Australian terrier. Indy was his mentor until she passed. One photo was taken in 2008 as a pup, the other when he was campaigning for The Man and legal president of the United States. He is the only dog I’ve ever had that hates riding in cars. But he loves golf carts. I was painting our winter house in AZ and a cart stopped at the corner. Unbeknownst to the female driver, he hopped on and rode with her to the mailboxes half a block away, where the driver had the shock of her life. He is still mostly healthy but is showing his age.
Mansfield Lovell (Auggie Doggie) Clowns-n-Jokers.
Mrs. P (Baby Bailley)
Mrs. P (Bailey)
MildredLucille (Nova) our grandpup
Not at all confused (Kilo and Logan) A fight in the offing. Too inviting a target to be ignored.
