No, not the IRS. The buck stops with the Republican establishment. Without their buy in none of this would be possible. Discount Paul Ryan’s words and just consider his actions from 2016 on and what was his goal? If it wasn’t to protect the status quo then what was it? Not one Goddamn thing the despicable little rodent actually did was not designed to not protect the interests of the corruption machine. Not one.
Take the IRS out of the equation and it’s not much better. Take the Republican establishment out and replace them with people who are there to serve and protect the interest of America and Americans interests and the whole dynamic changes.
