  1. In his defense, Jeff Sessions appears to be as blind as Lady Justice. Not really sure if that is ill-informed, misinformed, or has his head where the sun does not shine. We need a strong male to replace her.

  2. Yeah, what a time to get all high road and stuff! Elections should have consequences, damn it! It’s our turn to count coup on Left and take back some ground, not tread water. The DoJ, as part of the Exec, should be all over these crimes.

We know Gowdy isn’t a viable option. Who, then? It’s past time to draft a Sessions replacement and get a groundswell of support to send to the president. Nothing gets their attention like loud voices.

  3. We now have control of the House, Senate and Presidency.
Luckily we have Ryan, McCONnell and McCain who all campaigned to “repeal” Obamacare.

Oh wait, Never mind, they must have misspoke.

Even when we win, we lose with lyin’ RINOs.

Also: I’ve come to the (slow) realization that interacting with our elected reps, that we really must just take a ‘tough love’ approach in the same way one would impose red lines on errant teenagers. And if they don’t shape up, it’s out they go. It’s not that we’re being mean or uncaring — it’s just that we’ve come to our senses and they either keep their end of the bargain and a relative life of ease, or they face the music of their own actions in the real world. These people are grown up men and women; they must be held accountable for their actions. A sense of indifference to their personalities, who they are connected to or what their lineage might be, is essential. Either they do what they said they’d do or they get replaced. Allowing the behavior to continue only encourages them. No one has really called Ryan out for his duplicity and deceit in a sustained, public way.
