Every day I received emails from readers and members of my various Facebook groups, asking for help after having been blocked for posting a story or comment that might offend Muslims.

This is America, not Saudi Arabia. Enough.

I am suing.

    I will probably get many TDs for this, but here goes.

    Good luck with your lawsuit. But I see FB as a privately owned company with public access, they can set up their own rules of what is permissible and what is not. And in today’s inJustice system, FB/Zuckerberg will probably prevail.

    What would be a BETTER solution would be to take the money spent on suing FB, and create a conservative version of FB (and block the Libtards – wouldn’t it be fun to listen to them howl?). Think of all the people that would abandon FB to flock to the new site, Zuck would go broke real quick.

    Just my 2 cents of synaptic rambling.

  7. I would never join Facebook or Twitter or whatever other social network is out there. The closest I come to social media are sites like IOTW and AWD. I have no desire to collect thousands of “followers” or “likes” or “friends”, because it’s all electronic bullshit, and it still stinks to high heaven. Plus, all those social media sites collect information on anyone who is a member, most likely to be used against you by whatever fascist government gets into power in the future.

    Besides, it’s no ones business what I had for lunch or whether I took a good shit afterwards.

  11. You are probably right with the fact that they have the right to restrict whatever speech they want to. does this also exempt them from civil litigation for racism and support of terrorist organizations?

  12. Doesn’t anyone remember when privately owned Match.com, the dating site, had to accommodate the gay population? Businesses these days have almost zero rights…sue Zuckerberg, I say.

  16. I long ago thought that FB and Twitshit were more than a waste of time, but I found myself arguing with idiots. And as they say, if you engage in that at some point it’s hard to tell who is who.

    I aborted them.

  18. There is a reason Zucker erg was at Sea Island and Google execs visit the White House regularly . Suppress or promote content for targeted groups while data mining for the political attitudes of users for campaigns.

    Someone with the start up money could make a fortune. I won’t do facefook, but I do see the benefits of such a platform (if it weren’t for the progressive assholes who control it).

  24. Loco, I hope somebody runs with that. Trump could do it if he didn’t have so many other things he has to attend to. It would be nice to have an honest social media option.
