Red maple blew over two times. Leave it alone each time and it comes back. Finally 10 feet tall after 6 years. I’m not blind to fate, it’ll be 6 inches tall in 2 years.

People are so stupid, all my younger trees are supported by ground stakes and zip ties.
Just cut and add new longer ties as the tree grows.
Or just stand in the storm like rhe idiot you are…

From Joyce Kilmer’s poem Trees, I think I’ll never see a poem as lovely as a tree…. I still remember Bullwinkle butchering this poem on Bullwinkle’s Corner on the Rocky and Bullwinkle Show.

I was watering parts of my garden twice a day when it was over 100.

I want more global warming so I can grow coconut palms in my backyard.

Magnolia tree in La Marque. 70′ tall and shaped like
a Christmas tree.I perform Druid rituals under it after I
huff some CBD vape pen……..

That video looks like it was taken in my neighborhood yesterday afternoon. I must say, though, that the plants and the lawn sure looked happy this morning.

Last week, I was forced to cut down five huge, seventy-foot pine trees in my back yard. They had survived Hurricanes Rita and Ike. They were doomed by the dreaded turpentine beetles. I’m going to miss those beautiful giants.
