This is one of the reasons I love Sunday mornings. Thank you once again Claudia!
A particularly fine set of photos today, @Claudia, not that your Sunday spreads aren’t always a welcome treat!
That shot by @TennDon of the owls is spectacular. Good work!
Another pleasant valley Sunday!
(not in a snarky kind of way)
Wonderful way to start the week!
Thanks, again, Claudia!
Lovely Claudia. Thank you. Happy Sunday iOTWrs….
Klaudia’s Kidz – Never miss an episode!
Thanks for posting!
Mornin’ everyone.
That one osprey landed on the BACK of the other one. Hung out there for just a bit before getting off, and then landed on the cross beam.
They mate for life and return to the same spot every year to re-build the nest.

I need to go back and see if the chick(s) have hatched…
And YES, we do have OTHER ‘wild life’ in the Bronx!! :>o
Thanks C!
I’m not so sure feeding bear cubs by hand is such a good idea.
We had a beautiful pair of Cooper’s Hawks nesting near our deck last year. We left town for a few weeks. And when we returned they were gone. Found a suspicious pile of feathers in the back yard; I think the raccoons may have gotten them.
Spectacular shot of the Osprey, Ghost! Interesting, her on Left Coast, they have more gray/tan in their feathers. Thanks Claudia!
It must take a lot of work and some patience for mother bears to raise triplets. Love these Sunday photos.
I hope to send a pic of Big Daddy, he’s a male hummingbird I feed by hand, but BD is not cooperating today. 🤨 I think he knows I’m trying to take his portrait. Thanks Claudia. 😘
nice surprise, Thanks
Great Pics today! Summer is here soon!! Love it.
