Someone tweeted it today and Elon commented on its criminality. Then Jack Dorsey chimed in to say it was false. And Elon responded yes it is – and gave details.

It is also a massive breach of the Oath of Office for any elected official to have ANY knowledge and not report it immediately. Massive attack on the enumerated Civil Rights of all Americans. It also calls for civil liability and they have no immunity from liability because they were violating civil rights. I know that for a fact, I used to be involved in ADA advocacy and when individuals knowingly violate civil rights they become PERSONALLY liable. They violated the CIVIL RIGHTS of EVERY American who was prevented from communicating political messages.
If they prevented you from receiving communications from any political candidate they have caused you serious injury and they owe you damages. Injury does not demand you be left broken physically and bleeding, injury in a legal sense is MUCH broader. It definitely covers denying the ability to exercise your enumerated rights. You and I have a Civil Right to exchange of information and political information has the greatest value in the eyes of the law.
The most interesting and reliable thing about time and events is that the pendulum never stops swinging. What may have seemed impossible this morning, may be in the process of changing tomorrow morning.
