PM: An advocacy group for small businesses revealed their intentions to sue the federal government this week over the latest COVID-19 vaccine requirements.
On Thursday, the Job Creators Network announced their plan to sue the Biden administration over the “unconstitutional” corporate vaccine mandate for businesses with over 100 employees that the group argues is “a dramatic overreach of federal authority.” The CEO of the group, Alfredo Ortiz, said:
“President Biden’s vaccine mandate on small businesses is unconstitutional and a dramatic overreach of federal authority. To hold the Biden Administration accountable and stand up for small businesses, Job Creators Network plans to file a lawsuit to block the implementation of this order. We are filing this lawsuit with JCN small business members and it will be supported by Job Creators Network Foundation’s newly created Legal Action Fund.” read more

P.S. I forwarded this article on, I have several friends and relatives facing either a weekly nose job swab or get the jab. I counsel them not to quit but be fired instead and then sue. Trust me, companies/corporations HATE being sued for anything. Even if they are not at fault, they will either settle out of court just to get rid of you, or pay a judge to throw it out. Saw it happen several times in my career where the employees were paid a out of court settlement. It was cheaper than hiring lawyers, resources, and keep their name out of the news.

The Commies in power KNOW the Jab Mandate is unconstitutional. They DON’T CARE. The “eviction moratorium” was also unconstitutional….they imposed it anyway KNOWING that by the time the “justice” (sic) system got around to doing it’s job the DAMAGE WOULD BE DONE. And it was. Countless property owners were driven into bankruptcy and forced to sell their properties…..to LARGE CORPORATE INTERESTS…. companies in bed with the commies in power. Very few small scale landlords had the financial means to survive that illegal abuse of power….and they didn’t. So the left won on that attack of our rights.
Now they will DO IT AGAIN. By the time the courts get around to dealing wiht this issue….IF they bother to do so at all…..the criminals in office will have either poisoned or destroyed almost EVERYONE in America.
And they will GET AWAY WITH IT AGAIN.
They have only ONE RULE….WIN. We play by the rules and thus will always LOSE. Until we stop playing by rules and start KILLING THEM this reality will not change.
