Joe Biden is readying an executive order that would require companies to disclose the risks they face from climate change, special climate envoy John Kerry said this week.
Kerry didn’t elaborate on the details of the order or the timing, but the move would fulfill a promise Biden made on the campaign trail to require all public companies to report their emissions and climate-related risks.
Already, the Biden administration has taken a number of actions to bolster capacity at agencies such as the Treasury Department, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and the Federal Reserve to address the risks climate change poses to the financial system. Most companies are already in the tank for whatever this brain addled old fool wants. Diversity? Check. Climate change. Check. Remaking the population. Check. Rewriting the Constitution? Check. Ignoring election fraud? Check. Harassing patriots? Check. Taking guns. Double check.
A lot of companies already have boilerplate ‘climate risk’ assessments as part of their quarterly financials. They don’t mean anything, the investor is welcome to consider that but nobody does.

Oh great, and now according to our fearless leader and john effin kerry we’ll all have to confess our environmental sins against ma gaia or else. If they tried to burn us at the stake that would just make the atmosphere more polluted. We can’t win with these assholes in charge but God can.
Executive Orders are only binding on Executive Agencies – not humans or corporations.
They also cannot override the Constitution or the Bill of Rights – and, as a matter of fact, they cannot legislate.
