I have driven that route many times. That section of 70 near Hancock is challenging to drive because there are two left exit ramps (522 and 68) right on top of each other in the middle of a wide right bend in the highway during a steep downhill grade. I suspect the car in front did something stupid like jamming on the brakes or quickly changing lanes due to confusion.
I’d hate to be the one in front of the Fettermobile.
