I’ve read “Tinker, Tailor…” and “Smiley’s People” more times than I can count. Thank you, Mr. le Carre. RIP.
Let me guess: it will be listed as a COVID death…
…never read him, but I’m sure his family will miss him. Pray for them to have comfort and strength in the Lord.
RIP, guy who would have never been published if he wrote the story of 2020 because it would be too unbelievable in a spy novel…
Your writing enhanced my enjoyment of life, Mr. Carré/Cornwell. Thank you, and RIP.
His death was not a COVID illness according to what I’ve seen. Ironically, I just sat down last Friday and started reading his book “The Russia House”. An outstanding espionage writer. RIP Mr. Le Carre’, you will be missed.
