A Cook County judge has just ordered Google to turn over all of Smollett’s Google data from the past year.
The move came as prosecutors plow forward with the special investigation of his hate crime hoax.
The Chicago Tribune reported that warrants were filed last month in Circuit Court seeking a slew of documentation between Smollett and his manager’s Google accounts.
And it’s not just emails.
It’s also drafted and deleted messages and any files in their Google Drive cloud storage any Google voice texts, calls, and contacts. Not to mention search and web browsing history; and location data.
Kamala and Corey will file an appeal.
Since his actions were intended to fan up the fires of racial -and homosexual- hatred this should be pursued as a hate crime.
But I’m betting it won’t be.
This will cost a fortune and in the end he’ll get probation.
I wonder if google will comply?
