Nakita Blocton on Friday was removed from her position as Jefferson County domestic relations judge by Alabama’s Judicial Inquiry Commission.

Blocton had been temporarily removed from the bench after a 37-page report accused her of mental instability and drug use, abuse of staff, attorneys and litigants and failure to promptly dispose of cases.

The JIC on Friday made the removal permanent and ordered Blocton to pay for the cost of the proceedings.

Blocton, the order stated, had referred to judges as “Uncle Tom” and a “fat bitch” and called an employee a “heifer.”

Blocton, the court ruled, engaged in a “pattern of abuse” against staff, attorneys and litigants and in a “pattern of dishonesty and deception.” More

  2. Figures… Give jobs to incompetents due to their skin color and sex, and you end up with people who go crazy & evil due to being given more responsibility and power than they are even remotely qualified to have by either education or character.
