Judiciary Committee approves articles of impeachment against Trump, as GOP slams ‘kangaroo court’

FOX: The House Judiciary Committee on Friday voted to adopt two articles of impeachment against President Trump – capping a contentious three-day session that Republicans panned as a “kangaroo court.”

The committee adopted both articles, alleging abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, on a party-line vote of 23-17. A final vote in the full House is expected next week, which could tee up a Senate trial in the new year just before presidential primaries are set to get underway. read more

  1. One fact is clear: When Democrats run Congressional hearings, or any hearings, the goal is NEVER to find the truth, but ALWAYS is to achieve a political goal.
I remember how frustrated I was getting during hearings that supposedly were trying to determine the cause of the financial meltdown. Any mention of Barney Frank’s governmental interference in the economy, with their Congressional Reinvestment Act, was shut down.
    It’s a horrible situation.

  3. It cracks me up that the guy running the kangaroo impeachment court has a gastric pouch.

You can’t say that, Doug Collins, but I can.

Australian style Friday the Thirteenth: nothing but kangaroos and boomerangs. I love it.
