This week, the Supreme Court continued to deliberate over what to do with the growing number of national or universal injunctions issued by federal district courts against the Trump Administration.

  1. Courts got a bad case of sticking their noses jn where they don’t belong. It is made possible/worse by judges thing they are autocrats to implement their vision of what the U.S. “should be.” Their role is to be overwhelmingly interpreters of the law with their only other function is to test constitutionality. These jerks/hacks need to no longer be appointed “for life”.

  2. I’m sure there’s some penumbra or other in the constitution that will allow the interference to continue. Power is not often surrendered without a fight; metaphorical, of course.
