Kari Lake elaborated on what she hopes her role would look like at Voice of America if she is officially placed as the international news organization’s director.
“It’s not my job to go in there and make it Trump TV, as I said. But it’s also not our job to go in there and unduly criticize President Trump. I just want to see fair coverage. I think that’s what he wants,” Lake told The Epoch Times in an interview last week.
“When he offered me the job, he didn’t say ‘Go in there and turn it into MAGA TV. He said ‘make sure they’re fair and accurate,’” she continued.
President-elect Donald Trump expressed his desire to have Lake lead the newsroom when he takes office, which is a process different from a typical Senate confirmation for some political appointments, according to Forbes. read more

Is there really confirmation required for that role? Why?
I read that confirmations were not originally required for any presidential appointments. I wonder what law made them required – and which president signed that? That’s like Congress voting for term limits for itself.
A great lady who have been outed to illegal voting and Demoncrat corruption. She needs a daily spot on NPR and hopefully overturns the government propaganda and exposes the Demonic agenda that exists today.
