Kari Lake files appeal to Arizona Supreme Court, alleging over 8,000 ballots were misconfigured

JTN

Former Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake filed an appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court in her election case that alleges at least 8,000 unreadable ballots were misconfigured.

On page two of the appeal, Lake’s legal team alleges that at least 8,000 ballots were unreadable and not “duplicated or counted.”

“The ballot-on-demand printer investigation report by former Chief Justice McGregor (‘the McGregor Report’) found that ‘four printers randomly printed one or a few ‘fit to page’ ballots in the middle of printing a batch of ballots…[n]one of the technical people with whom we spoke could explain how or why that error occurred.’ Appx:0281 (emphasis added),” the appeal reads.

“Lake’s expert testified this ‘error’ could only result from malware or remote access and resulted in at least 8,000 misconfigured ballots, the vast majority of which were neither duplicated nor counted,” it continues.  read more

  1. Tough Lady. This voter fraud experience is a solid plus for VP consideration for DJT.

The Gov election in AZ will never be overturned despite the mountain of irrefutable evidence she’s presented. I don’t see her as a Senator, she’s executive material.

  2. “she’s executive material”

I like the heck out of her, however. She’s never had ANY administrative experience other than running her campaign. She should get some experience as a Gov, or as a lawmaker before she starts thinking about excepting a VP pick.
Also, she won’t see any justice in AZ. She needs to try and bump this up to the Fed level. I’d really like to see Hobbs wearing horizontal stripes.

  3. Speaking of VP picks, none other than Roger Stone just posited that Gaylord Loathesome would be buying the VP spot for a cool 800 million to the Magic Negro so he can run his tranny husband for our next duly installed resident.

He claims first dibs but Ole Cisco has been saying this for over a year now. Welcome to the jungle Roger….

  4. Aside from the massive fraud, she ran a great campaign, not a doubt in the world she should be the Gov now. The policies she advocated while campaigning would have made huge differences in AZ. Now she’s hip to the fraud and that’s a huge feature. The lack of real world administrative experience is not necessarily mandatory. The Gov in Fl is an excellent administrator and is running a shit campaign.

You can bet your last donut that she’ll never walk away from MAGA as VP like DJT’s last pick, who BTW had a load of administrative experience.
