Kate Steinle Murder Trial Delayed Until After Election

Breitbart: The trial of five-time deportee, seven-time convicted felon Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez for the murder of young San Francisco resident Kate Steinle has been delayed until after the 2016 presidential election.

On Thursday, a judge set December 2 as the date to assign the case for trial, according to the East Bay Times. The actual start of the trial might only happen in 2017. Prosecutor Diane Garcia said Thursday that she has cases that have dragged on for four years.

Steinle was walking along San Francisco’s Pier 14 with her father on July 1, 2015 when a shot in the back left her dead. more

  1. what about the so called -fast and speedy trial–
where is Judge Roy Bean- the hanging judge of the old
west? these sanctuary cities never came to view of the general public before this crime- at least I never heard of them.

  2. @FreedomCat, oh, we will see lots of Baracks and Obamas starting in about 8 more years when they start hitting the juvenile justice system. That will only be the really heinous crimes. Two more years after that and the prisons will be flooded with them.
