An anonymous massage therapist who claims to have been sexually assaulted by Kevin Spacey has died, according to a notice filed in court by the actor’s attorneys.
The individual, suing as a “John Doe,” filed claims in September 2018 with the allegation of being forced to grab the actor’s genitals twice during a massage two years earlier at a private residence in Malibu. In May, a federal judge in California allowed the case to move forward despite Spacey’s objection that the plaintiff’s identity was being shielded.
Now, just a month after the parties came to a plan for proceeding in the suit that detailed prospective discovery and envisioned a seven- to 11-day trial, the plaintiff’s attorney has informed Spacey that the client “recently passed.”
No further detail is provided, and a request to the plaintiff’s attorney for more information has not been answered.

If you’ve got money, power and connections, there are no identities that can be shielded from you.
FWIW, conveniently timed deaths seem to happen rather regularly when the rich and powerful are involved.

The guy probably died from some misadventure (coroner speak for being fatally stupid) and not from some planned execution. Spacey, unlike a lot of other gay people kept his sexuality more or less private and his terrible crimes were a drunken pass at a young man who he thought was over 18 as he was working in the bar of a restaurant and neglected to tell the actor how old he was and this incident involving a massage. In the overall scale of sexual assaults these shouldn’t even rate a footnote but he had his career destroyed in the politically correct witch hunt that stemmed from the Weinstein scandal. I suspect this lawsuit was a money grab and nothing more.
I’m no defender of Spacey…but a grown man can’t be “forced to grab the genitals” of another man…even once let alone TWICE! LOL! Come on. And if you make an accusation you shouldn’t be allowed to do it anonymously. That’s BS.
