msnbc and other fools rush in San Bernardino

One of the most bizarre and possibly irresponsible and craven scenes in media history just unfurled on MSNBC and CNN as reporters from both networks (and a handful of others), during a live broadcast, toured the apartment of the San Bernardino Islamic terrorists. While a MSNBC reporter rummaged through the deceased terrorists’ closets and boxes and photo albums, Andrea Mitchell reassured viewers that the disturbing scene was okay. “The landlord told us authorities were done with the crime scene,” she said.

According to the landlord, though, this was not the case. When he opened the door, reporters rushed into the apartment, possibly contaminating one of the most important crime scenes in years.  read more

  1. …..yeah, after he broke through the tape and let them in.

Very clever on the part of the FBI, now they have a contaminated crime scene and can’t do any follow-up on any stray fingerprints.

    Very smart, Miss Holder.

  2. This is bull shit. I smell Barry protecting his own for the next killing spree. No finger prints in a house that the politically correct neighbor reported crawling with Muzzies. This doesn’t seem right.

  3. Tommy the Local fuzz hasn’t been in control for about 30 hours. This is all FBI. Local cops did one hell of a job and then were told to stand down. Our Sheriff says that Sheriff is a patriot. Good enough for me.

  4. The big deal is that this was a meeting place for a bunch of terrorists per the politically correct neighbor that got a bunch of people killed. Ownership was turned over to a a federal agency. The FBI. Now before any finger prints can be lifted the house is contaminated. Buy more ammo, you’re going to need it.

  5. I’m not necessarily sure of the LE protocol here, but couldn’t the FYI have requested 24-hour protection for the site by local cops or sheriff’s deputies? That certainly would have been prudent.

But Tommy me boy, be of good cheer because ’tis the season. Now the reporters and possibly the landlord can be indicted for evidence tampering on the Federal level and perhaps trespassing on the state level.

  6. Thanks, Tsunami. I was just about to comment that the people who broke in should be arrested (wouldn’t you and I be?). But I forgot that our Justice Department isn’t all that interested in justice.

    Silly me.

  7. Now the reporters and possibly the landlord can be indicted for evidence tampering on the Federal level and perhaps trespassing on the state level.

Unfortunately, they most likely won’t be.
