A new challenge has taken off on TikTok where users perform skits to a song born out of a gaffe-turned-meme with the phrase “Let’s go Brandon” serving as a euphemism for “F-ck Joe Biden.”
The song, titled, “Let’s Go Brandon,” was released by singer Loza Alexander on the video-sharing platform and based on an NBC Sports reporter’s mistake at an Oct. 2 NASCAR race. While fans chanted “F-ck Joe Biden” from the stands, the reporter, interviewing Xfinity Series driver Brandon Brown, congratulated him on his first win with a reference to the crowd’s post-race chant she repeated as, “Let’s go Brandon.” The reporter was apparently oblivious to what’s become a popular chant at large events.
“As you can hear the chants from the crowd, ‘Let’s go Brandon,’” she said, as stadium fans clearly chanted “F-ck Joe Biden.”
Alexander’s song, which topped the charts as No. 1 on Apple Music’s hip-hop/rap genre and No. 2 across all music Wednesday, has now been adopted by conservative TikTok users as an anthem to vent their dissatisfaction with the current president. I can just picture the trolls in the WH watching these videos, rubbing their hands, saying “F those rubes and peasants. How else can we oppress them?”
Hopefully that reporters “mistake” will become the quote of a generation.
I’m glad FJB/LGB is gaining traction with the rap demographic target market, but that was painful to listen to and to watch – only made it to the 1:30 mark, and that was too long. Especially after just listening to this (totally O/T, but enjoyable):

Nearly every time I go to a link showing or referencing a video something like this the vid is “unavailable”. Censored or is something else blocking them…….Yes, I turn off all my blockers, etc.
