Congress is commissioning a study to form a committee to evaluate the feasibility of holding hearings to determine if a bipartisan coalition can be formed to nominate members to vote on the practicality of forming a panel for the sole purpose of undertaking a preliminary investigation as to what constitutes illegal as opposed to icompitent actions as defined by current statutes. The first meeting will be held next Tuesday.
And the chair of the Congressional Subcommittee for the study has concluded, after two days, that this calls for an immediate discussion.
@Burner – Before the discussion to commission a study to form a committee can occur there needs to be
1) a finding by the House Budget Committee to determine if this proposed committee can be funded without the need for additional federal appropriations, and
2) the EPA must perform an environmental impact study on the possible effects of deforestation that the proposed committee may have with its paper-bound published findings.
