Democrat run cities have seen to it that the thugs give the rest of their race a bad name. That isn’t fair to the good people of that race. But they need to work harder at turning it around, because anybody else would be seen as racist trying to do so. Government education and no fathers is the problem. Entire city school districts that can’t produce one child that can read, write or do math at grade level, think about that. That’s not a bug it’s a feature.
