Maga hat triggers a man – literally- puts a gun to wearer’s head

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) — A Tennessee man is in jail after being accused of pulling a gun on a Sam’s Club customer Saturday.

According to the alleged victim Terry Pierce, a man pulled a gun on him because he was wearing a Make America Great Again (MAGA) hat.

“I have as much right to wear that hat and support my country and my president as he has not to,” said Pierce.

The police report confirms that the suspect, identified as James Phillips, admitted to flipping off Pierce and Pierce’s wife because of their hats.

Pierce tells 13 News that he was shopping with his wife when Phillips “Pulled a .40 caliber out and stuck it in my face, backed up and said, ‘It’s a good day for you to die.'”

Pierce went on to tell 13 News, “I said, ‘Then pull the trigger. Put the gun down and fight me or pull the trigger. Whichever one you want.’ And he backed up and he said it again, he said, ‘It’s a good day for you to die.'”

Pierce said the Phillips then took off. That’s when Pierce followed him out into the parking lot.

    PS: My MAGA/Trump 2020 hat arrived last week, but it’s not a cap, rather a sun/sailing hat, with brim all ’round, for summer. I intend to have some fun with it.

  23. I disagree about not wearing the MAGA hats and Trump shirts: these people need to learn — to see — that *we* are the sane ones. As long as they carry visions of knuckle dragging retards, the country has a problem. We should wear the stuff more, not less.

    It is interesting about this guy’s eyes, though. Weird, indeed. Reminds me of Ms Occasional Cortex who also has weird weird eyes.

    How about we take away firearms from anyone who is registered Democrat, or donated to a Democrat in the last two election cycles. I strongly suspect that if we could add up statistics, between hoodlums in the big cities, drug dealers, and crazies, we’d find that gun crimes overwhelmingly are committed by libs.

  33. Bottom line, and this is what’s missing in this convo, I work on my draw out of the holster through out the day. In the evening I work on it for 20 minutes with a safe gun. I’ve achieved 7 tenths out of the holster to the first shot. my average is still under 1 second. He’s dead. I’m far from the only one training for an event like this. There’s peeps on Instagram that make me look slower than hell. Just sayen. The upcoming civil war will not look like an all out shooting war. It will be spontaneous and short lived. And then on to the next battle. Train up. Just my opinion. I might be wrong. But I doubt it.

  34. Brad, I probably agree that it won’t be an all out shooting war, especially a long drawn out one. But there could be a LOT of casualties in a short period of time. Antifas, New Black Panthers and Muslim Brotherhood types need to be among them. I think one of my biggest concerns are the muslims. I think they are just waiting for an opportunity to really inflict some damage, and we really are not paying enough attention to them as a possible threat. Like you say, train and be ready.

    In my opinion, what I see coming, is very close to what you describe. Our side will suffer a lot of casualties. The defenseless will pay the price. The conservative gun fighters will eventually end up victorious. I see a substantial reduction in our population. Which leaves the door wide open for foreign invaders. Through the southern border. We need to end this quick. Just my humble observations.

  39. Theory about the crazy eyes that I read somewhere. People who look like that upon getting busted (hardened thugs do not have that look – they know what they did and why) are not showing fear so much as demonstrating a mental disconnect, a failure to process. Their eyes show that they’ve gone offline, gone blank. They’re not entirely there.

    You can call that the result of mental illness if you want, but calling it plain old stupidity will suffice. Either way, upon detection, such people MUST be PERMANENTLY removed from society — they rarely learn and are an unpredictable risk to others, as this guy proves.

    What makes it worse now than in the past is that we have an entire media/political party complex that constantly throws gas on whatever mental fires these idiots always have burning. But the Left as an enemy force will need dealt with sooner or later, or we won’t survive as a free nation. I think we all know that.

  51. No warning labels, I’ve been saying for years the easiest way to improve this country is to remove all warning labels from all appliances and machines. You know, the ones like are on blow dryers “ do not use this appliance while in the bathtub”, or lawn mowers, “keep feet and fingers clear of blade while mower is in operation”. Walah! Within just a few years those crazy eyed people will have removed themselves from our society, permanently, and more importantly, they won’t reproduce.
