claiming the dentist unexpectedly pulled all of the man’s teeth and overdosed him during the procedure.
“That’s like going in and having something a simple carpel tunnel surgery, and you wake up with no arm,” said Donny Grigsby. “You know, you wasn’t prepared for that.”

otoh, it could have been worse. Kai the hitchhiking home free hatchet guy in Calif. Who several months later was charged for murdering a guy in NJ.
Said he was drugged, woke up in a stranger’s house, and when he looked in the mirror his face and mouth were covered with baby batter. So what could I do? His trial was scheduled to begin April 11th.

that story is enough to give you nightmares. Absolutely horrific. There has to be more to the story.
For instance, I can’t even imagine why the first attorney wouldn’t take the case. It might not be malpractice but they should sue for the cost of implants or at least dentures.
Malpractice is (as I was told by a lawyer) very narrowly defined and requires a board of people to hear the case and decide, it is a very long and drawn out and very expensive undertaking.
But as this story was presented the Dr obviously wronged the guy and should give him some teeth. Or a gift membership to “soup of the month” club.
The only thing I can think of is these people must be a real treat to work with. Like, I’m saying you have probably seen them multiple times on “people of wal-mart” or something.
