Breitbart-
During an interview with CBS’s “The Takeout” podcast released on Friday, Sen. Joe Manchin (I-WV) wondered why the Biden administration can’t admit it made a mistake with Afghanistan and said, “When you make a mistake and you can’t own up to it, then that means, did you make it intentionally then, since you don’t think it’s a mistake?”
While discussing Vice President Kamala Harris’ candidacy, Manchin said, [relevant remarks begin around 10:25] “[W]hen they said, do you support everything that was done? I’m on the team. I’m number two. This is not my gameplan. I didn’t put the gameplan out. I didn’t call the play, okay? Would I do it different? Absolutely. I would do it different. But while I’m there, I’m trying to make that president — my president and my partner as successful as possible. So, if you’re blaming me for being on the team, I’m guilty as charged. But if she doesn’t say that, hey, would you change anything, would you say, let’s don’t leave Afghanistan this way, let’s don’t give Bagram Air Force Base away the way we did, let’s not do the border, we’ve never given asylum at the border? There [are] some things that we should do differently. If you had that input and you got overruled, you’re still the team. But can’t you say when you’re on your own now, yes, I would have done it different, and here’s how?” read more
Sounds like his upcoming retirement is making him smarter.
Boy does Manchin like playing teeter-totter! One day he is rational, the next he is siding with his old team.
Of course he is only rational when he cannot affect the outcome, and always leftist when there is a vote to cast (and money to be made)
Manchin is a complete idiot. Of course it was intentional. There was never any question about that.
“When you make a mistake and you can’t own up to it, then that means, did you make it intentionally then, since you don’t think it’s a mistake?”
Thank you, Captain Obvious, for that stellar tidbit of insight. Couldn’t you say the same thing about pretty much every thing Biden said and did?
Biden opening up the border, intentional.
Biden flooding the judiciary with radical activist judges, intentional.
Biden blowing out the national debt, intentional.
Biden killing the fossil fuel industry in the USA, intentional.
Biden allowing biological men into women’s spaces, intentional.
Biden calling Trump “Hitler” and all his supporters “Garbage”, intentional.
Biden using lawfare to go after his political opponents, intentional.
Evil is not something you just wake up one morning and do, it takes a conscious and concerted effort, which is the very definition of intentional.
The Democrats definitely made this crap withdraw intentional so they could try to blame it on Trump for setting it all up in the first place.
I’m not a military strategist, but I wondered why we didn’t do airstrikes on all that military hardware that fell into the terrorists’ hands
It was a punch in the eye toward Trump, having already negotiating a peaceful withdrawal.
Put mass amounts of advanced weaponry on the world market.
Gave the Military Industrial Complex a big boost, giving away $85 BILLION.
I’d bet somewhere in there was 10% for the Big Guy.
20 Years, a $TRILLION, to take Afghanistan from the Taliban, only to give it back to the Taliban. That how you propagate never ending wars.
I hope Vivek and Elon start some forensic audits as well as current.
Make the swamp repay their profits or go to prison.
Gift them some these to prepare.

A differentiation must be made between the decision to pull out and the method by which it was achieved.
From what I remember (open to any correction, here) Trump campaigned on ending the war and was working towards a drawdown, but wanted an adequate-sized US intel team (and the requisite air cover for support) behind high walls, out of harms way, and the Afghan government fitting the entire bill. This made sense to me.
What Biden did was nothing like this
Doesn’t make me wonder. I know it was intentional!
“It was a punch in the eye toward Trump…”
Instead, Biden ended up cutting off his own nose to spite his face. But then the puppet lied so much for the rest of his term that his nose grew back. So what does he do? He cuts it off again by trying to unleash WWIII with Russia. He and his stupid, spiteful crew can’t be gone soon enough.
Manchin likes to ride the fence too much… I think it has taken a toll on his scrotum!
hand over millions/billions in military hardware to assholes who hate the west – then call it a success? no accountability or penalty? no problem if ura drt dkskr.
I’ve never wondered. Not once have I wondered. At best this might just further validate what was obvious to anyone who pays attention and has even rudimentary abilities in pattern recognition.
Biden’s presidency was a complete disgrace.
His stupid grinning at Paul Ryan during that 2012 debate showed exactly what a dunce he is.
That is all.

Oh, it’s worse than that. When Marines were sabotaging and disabling some of the vehicles being left behind, they were ordered to fix the vehicles and undo the damage.
It was Barry and friends doing. It went as planned, including our dead service members.
Keep in mind that if you lost your rifle in the course of deployment you were buying a new one and would be in trouble.
I thought everyone realized that the chinese money joe received was for,,,, Bagrum AFB. simple.
