The footage is ridiculous and his case was deemed “without merit” and went nowhere.

There is so much about this guy that makes zero sense. How could not one person suspect or not know what he was planning? How can LE within hours know he acted alone? Just because he was the only person in the room doesn’t mean he didn’t have others who helped him plan it. How did LE so quickly clear the roommate/girlfriend?
And yet NO social media presence, no opinions on anything. I get that. Nobody would find anything about me on Facebook or Twitter, either. But they’d sure find a shitload in my comments here. Vietvet, I wouldn’t know where to begin. Social media is a world of which I am only shown occasional glimpses. I swear I heard a journo say yesterday that Paddock had no social media presence. But if he did Haagen one, it does seem like they were on top of the blackout/redact sooner than usual.
I am just going by the official msm statements that the guy had no opinion on anything, especially religion or politics. Not even speculation about grandchildren or yoga schedules. International man of mystery. The guy sounds like a deep cover operative who got set up.

He was a “high stakes gambler” – sounds like a way to burn off money. Nobody gets rich betting against casinos.
He’s a retired accountant? From where? We only know he worked for 3 years in the 80’s for a company later purchased by Lockheed Martin.
He owns a plane? Why? Plane fuel is expensive.
What info they’ve given us thus fits the profile of a money launderer. Not a retired accountant.
As for social profile – I could find none. I also couldn’t find any voter registration for him in Florida or Nevada.
One of the on-line boards found a picture of him wearing a pussy hat at a Reno anti-Trump rally.
His target of the most American of American concerts is telling.

The brother of the alleged shooter said his father’s name was Patrick Benjamin Paddock, but the FBI poster says it’s Benjamin Hoskins Paddock. The readout on the FBI poster says Patrick Benjamin Paddock was just one of his many aliases. Why would a son not know his own fathers real name?
