For those who don’t live in California, allow me to explain.
The area around Sacramento are notorious for having trashy people who are mostly drug abusers. Those will not shoot each other.
Sacramento itself is a high crime area infested with Latino and black gangs.
You can bet this was gang war shooting between the Latinos and the blacks.
In fact, in California, most prisons segregate blacks and Latinos because they kill each other even in prisons.
And before someone screams about this, I am not white (not that there is anything wrong in being white), but feel free to check for yourself.
I have been there many times for work and other reasons, and I can tell you, there are parts in downtown Sacramento that are as scary, trashy, filthy, with out of control crime as downtown Los Angeles, and downtown San Francisco, if not worse.

Yeah, immediately call for gun control, pretend to be “heartbroken” and outraged.
Take criminals off the streets, stop enabling drug dealers and you’ll have a lot less mass shootings.
One statement that I disagree with was “Rising gun violence is the scourge of our city, state and nation, and I support all actions to reduce it”. That is a false belief. The problem is specifically isolated to specific cities not the nation. It is primarily problematic in Democrat run cities where many citizens live in near poverty and also have low regard for others. Blaming guns is an excuse for not teaching morality to children beginning at an early age.
