Matt Araiza was a punter for the Buffalo Bills until a 17-year-old girl accused him of sexually assaulting her at a party.
Araiza denied all allegations, but the Bills still decided to cut him from the roster.
Araiza, who was nicknamed the “Punt God” and went to college at San Diego State, was drafted for his talent. His punt was only 16 yards behind the 1969 NFL record, which still stands at 98 yards.
While Araiza lost a promising career in the NFL because of the accusation, information has now been released that he wasn’t even at the party when the alleged rape occurred.

Go after the DA and the Prosecutor too. They allowed the trial to proceed on VERY shaky grounds. They need to pay.
And what of the other men on video actually having sex with her? They have no money to extract so she or someone names a guy not even at the party?! How did the, what I assume was an inebriated young trollop, come up with his name?!
I view his future NFL prospects as separate from the rape allegation.
The NFL is still a meritocracy and as such, if he is good at his job he will get picked up by another team. A defensive lineman that can run a 4.2 40 will always be employed.
If he wasn’t at the party, how did this bitch get his name? And if the police had knowledge that he wasn’t there through their investigation and they arrested him anyway, that is good grounds for a lawsuit.
And I would certainly sue this woman for the false allegation. The dating game for guys is a minefield as it is, women that lie to the cops with false rape claims need to pay.

The last time I was called for jury duty, it was for a rape case. During jury selection, the prosecutor asked if I would be willing to convict based on circumstantial evidence. I said that hard evidence was better than circumstantial.
I was dismissed.

Falsely accusing a man of rape should carry a mandatory minimum 25 year prison sentence.
Why isn’t she named? Not only 25 years MINIMUM sentence for false accusations of rape, name and photo front page above the fold. The rotten See You Next Tuesday is a predator who would have no compunction pulling the same stunt again if she thought she could get away with it.
