Strange bedfellows co-signing this amendment already. You’d think opposing a war crime would come naturally the democrats, but not that many have been willing to speak up and be counted.

Interestingly, the cluster bombs will be used primarily on what is currently Ukrainian ground. The unexploded 30 to 40 percent (we’re using up old stock for the benefit of the arms industry) will be lingering for years, awaiting the unsuspecting Ukrainian child who’ll find a cool ball sized metal object and lose an arm or a life. Evil, evil, evil people running this show.
