For decades the media of the country willfully went along with the Soviet Union’s false narratives, then when they needed to explain away Hillary’s defeat last November the Russians became deceptively evil hackers who stole the election. Now with an offer from Putin to share their notes of their meeting with Trump, the press suddenly finds them wholly credible again.

I keep seeing all these journos breathlessly tweeting about “transcripts” and “recordings”, but then I read from the link All Too Much provided in another thread:
“A Kremlin aide, Yuri Ushakov, later told reporters that Moscow had a written record of the conversation, not an audio recording.”
Now, leaving aside the fact that *of course there is a recording*, Ushakov offered not a “transcript”, but a “written record”, which is essentially a “Comey Memo”. I think the journos are headed for bitter disappointment again.
For cry’n out loud. This is so hysterically funny, my coffee almost did splatter on my i pad. One of the comments inferred Putin is taking lessons from Trump at trolling the press.
It doesn’t matter.
Trump could be sharing a fried chicken recipe and the media and democrats would declare it as the KFC “SECRET” recipe.

The anti-Trumpers are so desperate to draw blood it’s as if they’re throwing boxes full of knives into the air to see what will stick. They seem to forget that standing under the knives they threw into the air is not only a bad idea, but the unexpected consequences are killer. I’ll be happy to see many incumbent losers run out of Congress in ’18.
well it seems DT was right about one thing. there is more fake mews than real news. Anonymous sources are protected, but when its an obvious fabrication and the media fails to even attempt a confirmation and runs it there should be repercussions. I ain’t no lawyer but something has got to be done about this constant shitslinging.
The media reminds me of a true story about a chicken chasing a junebug. Poor chicken ran out into the highway chasing a juicy bug and was looked real smug until the 3/4 ton GMC hit it about 90mph. Hope the same thing happens to these media chickens.
