  1. I don’t think this is going to trial. They’re dead. But there could have been some info in there to prevent more people from getting killed. Somebody should go to jail for a long time.

  2. Evidence for what? Farook and Malik are recently deceased. I would imagine that the FBI removed whatever needed to be removed for further analysis, and that most of that material is for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not there are any other conspirators. Any weaponry, ammunition, written documentation and electronics are already gone for inspection and analysis.

Perhaps there were third party prints or DNA evidence in the apartment, but that evidence would be next to useless. Law enforcement isn’t trying to build a criminal case against these people; they are looking for leads for others which would be in the material already gone from the premises. If they weren’t done with that task, law enforcement personnel would have been posted there.

  3. I doubt very much that the MSM would be so casual if BFH and Breitbart were ransacking the place. And Comey–the guy we’re counting on to nail Hamrod–seems pretty sanguine about the MSM jackals. This doesn’t bode well.

  4. And neighbors reported many accomplices coming and going in the days prior to the attack. Oh hell, can’t you just see this administration doing something so backhanded to jeopardize convictions?

  5. Just about the time I think I am past a jaw dropping episode when it comes to the left, they do something so horrid and vile that my jaw drops to the floor. They touched their Korans! How many fingerprints are now destroyed by that? Yes, the perps are dead, but now any collaborators that may have been involved are completely safe from prosecution?

It’s as if they were let in to destroy evidence…..oh, wait….now I get it….

  6. My opinion. The area should have been secured for long enough to do a thorough search with a warrant. Two days is not near enough for this type of crime.
When I see news conferences with all police having four fucking stars on their lapels I wonder. What about the officers and detectives out there busting their asses following clues. No less that five pol;ice commanders at the news mics with four stars.
WTF? And they allow the landlord to open up the house to the media who went in like a herd of elephants. Sum tin fukin wong!
in San Bernardino PD. Just sayin.’

  7. I was listening to KFI this afternoon and it was reported that the FBI released the scene. A reporter said after the release, the landlord and another reporter removed the plywood screwed to the front door to keep people out and the landlord invited the press in. But isn’t this now technically someone’s estate? Wouldn’t the next of kin have something to say about all those people tramping through there?

  8. …or “find” evidence. In another era, that shredded paper in the wastebasket might end up as a Texas Air National Guard report or the first draft of Vince Foster’s suicide note.

  9. They act like it’s a fucking amusement park. Why is that crime scene not secured? White powder by the sink? They made fucking pipe bombs there! There could still be things hidden within the walls and floors.

Why in the fuckinghell would they allow anyone to contaminate a crime scene before the FBI even admits to having a fucking clue about what happened?

I think the only logical answer to why this was allowed before the smoke even clears is that islam will not be investigated by our justice department, or lack thereof.
