Mexican senators brawl on camera following debate over US targeting cartels

FOX-

A Mexican Senate session descended into chaos on Wednesday when two senior politicians traded blows following a heated debate over the U.S.’ involvement in the fight against drug cartels.

Video captured the explosive moment when Alejandro “Alito” Moreno, head of the opposition Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), and Gerardo Fernández Noroña, the Senate president of the ruling Morena Party, violently shoved one another after lawmakers finished singing the national anthem to close the day’s session.

The clash erupted after a tense debate, during which the Morena Party and its allies reportedly accused PRI and the conservative National Action Party lawmakers of calling for U.S. military intervention in Mexico, a claim the opposing parties denied, according to the New York Post.  more here

  1. Not bothered about this one bit. Every man will understand this: sometimes you need to get your ass kicked to evince a course correction.

And I like the singing of the national anthem at the end of the session, make our congress critters do the same.

  2. “If there’s one thing Mexico’s full of, it’s Mexicans.” and when the cartel is done with the ones, (politicians or policia), they can’t control anymore, they’ll kill em, and they’re entire family, and pay-off others to replace them. and the cycle repeats.
it’s the mexican circle of life in mexico.
