Mexico To US: Deporting Illegal Immigrants Is A ‘Violation’ Of Rules

Daily Caller:

The Mexican government said Thursday the U.S. ignored its own immigration rules when it deported two illegal aliens back to Mexico.

The Secretariat of Foreign Relations, known in Mexico as SRE or the Chancellery, called the deportations of a so-called “Dreamer” and a mother of four a “violation” of immigration policy because neither had a criminal past.

“With respect to U.S. law, the Chancellery points out that the cases of Mrs. [Maribel] Trujillo and Mr. [Juan Manuel] Montes Bojorquez represent a violation of the expressed rules of deportation in that country,” SRE said in a statement. “Neither of the countrymen represented a risk to the security of American society and neither of them has a criminal background.”

  1. We need to deport all illegals asap. No more immigration. For too long we have been serving as Mexico’s “safety valve” for dumping low income uneducated people they don’t want down there. I don’t think the phrase “safety valve” appears in the Constitution. Immigration is an outdated concept and we need to stop it, just like most other countries around the world have stopped it, or never allowed it in the first place.

  2. Meddling Mexicans, here’s the thing about rules: They are not laws. You must understand that the rules issued by federal agencies are magically suspended in air by the power of progressivism and do not have the weight of actual laws passed by Congress. Building your case on bureaucratic rules is building on a foundation of sand. There is no federal judge to carry your water with regard to rules.

Now go back, put on your thinking caps and focus. This stuff is harder than you thought, yes?

  3. No more “in this country illegally” for me–these folks “broke in,” and it pisses me off that Mexico has the nerve to try to tell us what to do with their criminal citizens.

  4. “Neither of the countrymen represented a risk to the security of American society and neither of them has a criminal background.”

I don’t think many of those words mean what you think they mean.

  5. Hi everyone, you need to study up on immigration law. Go to the Cornell University law site and look up this section:

    https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8

Then go to USCIS’ website and look up the 1952 Walter McCarran Immigration and Nationality Act

    https://www.uscis.gov/ilink/docView/SLB/HTML/SLB/act.html

Then read up on Title 8 (Immigration and Nationality)

    https://www.uscis.gov/ilink/docView/SLB/HTML/SLB/8cfr.html

This is what you need to study in order to debate a libtard on immigration.

If you want more information, then go to uscis dot gov and look up the section on immigration laws. Pay attention to title 8 and The Walter-McCarran immigration act of 1952. You need to know that “admissibility” is the key concept to immigration. It is the determination that an “intending immigrant” can be welcomed into our society and obey our laws.

And in other news, Mexico was told to go screw itself by the American people!

  6. “Neither of the countrymen represented a risk to the security of American society and neither of them has a criminal background.”
So, they shouldn’t be a problem for you, either, Mexico.

  7. The only real issue here is that is only two Mexicans being deported that Mexico is whining about.

    Send them ALL back.

Change the citizenship laws. Put Ryan’s nuts in a vise if you need to, to make this happen.

Strip everyone with a claim on foreign citizenship of their US citizenship. Deport the ones we don’t want – like all of the muslims, mexicans, etc..
