Michael Jordan is celebrating his 60th birthday in remarkable fashion.
The six-time NBA champion made a $10 million donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation on Friday, according to the non-profit’s Twitter. It is the largest individual contribution to the group in its almost 43-years of existence. Additional
In my stack of old tapes I have a commercial for the Seattle Super Sonics. One of them talks about the Chicago Bulls coming to town with their rookie sensation who is lighting up the league.
And he is now 60?
I bet Cunter could double that donation but he’s too busy spending it on crack and whore crack.
I noticed I didn’t get a dime. What’s up with that?
Am I just too pessimistic to believe this benevolence is genuine?
Matthew 19:24 – And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God
I’ve read he’s a significant contributor to Make a Wish as a result of him being one of the most often Wishes. I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Love Jordan,

I think his donation is, as you say, genuine. However (and please correct me if I am wrong) didn’t/doesn’t Make-A-Wish have a compulsory clot shot policy for both the kids and their parents?
I left left the gym about 45 minutes ago. They always have sport playing on the jumbotrons spread thru the place. Fun to watch during sets. Tonight they were playing an old NBA All Stars game with Jordan and the rest of the notables from that era. About 70% of the peeps gave up their training and just watched the game. That didn’t happen with the Super bowl.
Better times, and I like Mike. And LeBron’s a giant VajAyJay.
The guy has always impressed me as a class act.
I remember him hitting that wining jumper for Carolina in the ’82 title game like it was yesterday! Good on Mikey!
