  • 10-30, Halloween – Dressed up, begging for treats or posing with decorations, critters are part of Halloween.

  1. Good morning everyone and happy Sunday. Fall is beginning to show its colors in the southern Appalachians.

  2. ChickenCheeks: I find that a trip to a dairy farm might be helpful in finding a new or brand new used cat/kitten. Most dairy farms here in upstate NY always seem to have more than the local shelter. Good luck.

  3. Deplorable 2nd Class – we’ve had a couple of real characters wander down from the dairy farm up the road at my Grandfather’s old place, and decide they were going to adopt us. There’s not very many small dairy farms left around anymore, since about 2018.
