  1. The dumb ass kid who graduated at the bottom of his Law School class could win this case his first day on the job. The State Attorneys General stealing a case from the local District Attorney, an avowed COP HATING Muslim? Naw, there couldn’t be a political motive now could there? No way in hell this stupid cop is going to get a fair trial.

  2. I don’t think you can get a mistrial because the prosecutor is shown to be prejudiced. You can have a huge fuckup though if you try to overcharge which I bet they do. He’s currently charged with third degree murder or manslaughter and they likely will have a tough time making that stick when it’s shown his putting a knee to his neck for ten minutes was not the cause of death. Having said that I’ll bet Ellison tries to up the charge then makes a play to try the case in the papers. When it fails it will be Black Friday Shopping again.

  3. I just want to point out that Chuck Todd disagrees with Ellison being VP. He wants Val Demings to be the VP. He wants Ellison to be the nation’s Attorney General.
