9. Growing up we had a neighborhood friend of Arab descent at 14 was balding, full beard/mustache and hairy chest/arms.
   We would ride our bikes to the parts of town where we weren’t known and he would go buy beer. Was never questioned or turned away. But he couldn’t ride a bike for beans when tipsy.

12. I worked with a black guy who told me one day he had to babysit his grandson that evening. I did a doubletake and asked him how old he was. He told me he was thirty. I just stared at him. He laughed and admitted he knocked up his baby-momma when he was fourteen. Then, he admitted his son also knocked up his baby-momma when he was fourteen, too. He seemed very proud about that. Lord, there’s no telling how old the baby-momma’s were. It might have even been their sisters.

13. I played against a peewee hockey team from Winnepeg when I was 13. They all had mustaches and were all 4 inches taller than out biggest player. They beat us 8-2 in a tournament in Vernon, BC. From what I’ve seen, I can believe this kid may only be 12-14.
