  1. “Three-quarters of respondents said they have changed their overall grocery shopping habits in the last year. This may include selecting more affordable alternatives from the shelf, searching for deals or even foregoing certain items.”

People engage in price theory to make shopping decisions. Who knew?

  2. I say these words to any customer or person who complains about anything:

    “You voted for this.”

Turdeau, Warnock, Fester, Hobbs, Joey Shitpants, etc…

  3. I ironically find myself not being able to gain weight at my advanced age of 65. Something to do with Radiation. The wifes pissed. So, I’ve developed a taste for Burrito Supremes from Taco Smell. About a 1000 Cals a piece I think. During their peak hours they have little old ladies, 70 to 78 I would guess, running the place. I finally asked one of them, what are you doing here when you should be at home with your feet up. ANswer, Social Security no longer covers my bills, and they pay me $20.00 an hour for 4 hours 5 days a week. That’s some pretty sad shit. However the best service ever at a fast food restaurant.

  4. People are having to adapt to a lower standard of living. They have gotten used to cheap, abundant food over the recent decades. When I see people buying groceries, I’m always amazed at the difference between the food they are buying and the food my parents bought when I was a kid. We ate a lot of rice, pasta, potatoes, hot dogs, beans, bologna, cheese, cornbread, chicken and hamburger meat. Not bad food, but simply fuel for hard working families. My mom was a great cook and we never complained because it always tasted good. We very rarely ate out in restaurants as a family. Before Biden, people were buying food like they were rich. Rib eyes, lobster, organic vegetables, high-end deli meats and artisan breads, along with eating out much of the time, were reasonable in price so people took advantage of it. Biden & Co. set out to lower the standard of living for working class Americans and they are succeeding. Young people are finding it hard to lower their expectations. Older people like me have seen simpler times and will do alright living with the change. Just wait until Biden & Co. takes away air conditioning and adequate heating. Democrats should be running down the streets for their lives. Hunger and freezing your ass off is a game changer. It turns people into animals. We should take it out on the people who are causing this. They should be the fearful ones. They should be the hungriest.
