Pluralist:
MSNBC host Joy Reid issued a correction Sunday morning after her show’s producers apparently confused white supremacist leader Richard Spencer for a recently fired White House official.
“I want to make a quick correction. This is a pretty big correction,” Reid said after a segment discussing Defense Secretary Mark Esper’s move to fire former Navy Secretary Richard Spencer in November over a disagreement he had with President Donald Trump.
“Earlier in this segment as we were talking about former Navy Secretary Richard Spencer, we mistakenly showed the wrong image of white supremacist Richard Spencer,” Reid said after the network showed a screenshot of quotes from Spencer alongside an image of the white supremacist. read more
When you assume racism in everything, this sort of thing happens.
So how many viewers, who saw the original travesty, got to see the retraction?
So how difficult was it to find the real Richard Spencer?
An eighth-grader with rudimentary search skills could have vetted that story!
Clearly an agenda all wrapped up in promoting “racism” where it simply doesn’t exist dominated the judgement of msNBC like it usually does!
When does former Navy secretary Richard Spencer get his reputation back?
If this had occurred 4 years ago on Fox News the left would’ve been demanding the reporter’s head on a pike and it would’ve been done in the spirit of “fair & balanced” journalism. If it weren’t for IOTWreport and a few other sites, I’d have never known. Stopped watching 24/7 TV news. It’s like stepping in the same pile of sh*t over and over.
Joy Ried is a complete piece of shit, and the only reason she gets away with so many goddamn lies, smears, and bizarrely stupid ass statements is because she’s a fucking negro.
Sheboon!
Mistake my ass. Reid is a racist.
All white men look alike to me, except the gingers.
