It’s starting to appear that the tabulation machines used in New Hampshire misread the mail in ballots they were fed. It seems the devices were interpreting any fold in the ballot as an extra vote, causing many ballots to be tossed for “overvote” The problem was first identified in Windham, but is starting to be found in other districts. Okay, tossed ballot is one problem, and should affect the tallies in proportion to hand countes votes. That behaviour should toss the whole ballot.
Now, tell us about the ballots that weren’t folded: what was the accuracy or bias there?
