  1. Once he was down and taser shot he did not resist.

The victim could not turn around while he was being taser shot, he was immobilized.

Torture. Why not just use a lit cigarette?

    Bad job officer.

  2. Look again Zonga, the officer let up several times on the voltage, and the guy still refused to obey, so he got another dose of juice, followed by another breather until he complied. Not torture, just good police work.

    Good job, officer.

  3. with all the so called shootings of blacks by cops this guy was damn lucky this lady officer kept her cool-and the above was sarcastic about blacks being shot by cops- unless they really deserved it…. 🙂

  4. I was thinking like Zonga “how can he turn over when she’s tasing him”?
Then towards the end he does finally roll over and says “okay”, while the taser sound is active. So obviously he could have rolled over from the git-go.

  5. The suspect clearly took a swing at the cop.
Since the officer is either a woman or trans, he should be charged with a hate crime. Pervert trumps black (the “niggardly” incident), but black trumps feminist.
Rock Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock is easier to figure out.

  6. JMV,
    Watched it again.

She should have ordered him on the ground, kept the taser aimed at him, stayed a safe distance. Should have never put the taser away. She should not have holstered the taser and stepped toward him, she closed her margin of safety and stepped into a fight situation. Not necessary.

She gave him orders every time she shocked him, while he was immobile. I can see his body go rigid. He did not have enough recovery time between shocks to comply.

When he finally rolled over the taser wire came loose, so you could hear it going off but it wasn’t shocking him, that is why he could move.

She was mad, she foolishly stepped into the fight, he hit her, so she just kept hitting him. He quit being a threat when he hit the floor. I’m sure police MEN were on the way to her rescue.

I am not a trained police officer. Pain compliance, in my opinion, can go too far and simply turn into punishment.

Women don’t belong on the street, especially alone. She is fat and out of shape, that makes her an easy target. She never should have stepped toward him with the taser holstered, and while being alone on the beat.

  7. @Lance – “needs” to live”? Are you telling us you are in a better position to know what he needs than he is himself? I hope not, because if you are you are also telling us you are a believer in and enabler of totalitarianism.
