PJM: As expected, Democrats immediately began politicizing the shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio. Quite a few of them even blamed Trump. Like clockwork, calls for more gun control have commenced. Democrats are even trying to pressure Mitch McConnell to cancel the Senate recess so they can vote on gun control.
A common myth you can expect to hear a lot in the coming days and weeks is that the United States “leads the world in mass shootings” and therefore we must pass some law that will do nothing to stop future mass shootings, but will infringe on the rights of law-abiding gun owners.
What you might not hear is that this claim is completely bogus.
Sure, if you following conservative media, you’re probably aware of this. Townhall, The Daily Signal, Bearing Arms, FEE, The Washington Examiner, and others have all previously reported on how the myth that the United States leads the world in mass shootings is based on a deeply flawed study, which has been debunked by the Crime Prevention Research Center.
Yet, the myth remains alive and is sure to be regurgitated endlessly again.

NOW is it time to burn the Constitution?
The information presented by the mainstream media is produced to manipulate rather than inform. We are inundated with misinformation daily by dangerous and sick people who seek to fragment society for purposes of control.
I hope the public is getting an understanding of just what evil we’re faced with. God help us all.
FWIW, Trump and the Republicans jump on the gun control wagon too, 2nd time this year for Trump (first bump stocks banned by his decree, not]w “red flag” legislation (A law that will most certainly be heavily misused and most likely will be instituted in an unconstitutional manner).
So expect more firearm and magazine bans coming too, all aimed at punishing you for what someone else did (at least if you are a law abiding citizen).
A never ending bombardment by the press and democrats against Trump and his supporters wouldn’t have anything to do with pushing unstable people over the edge would it?
Now the grabbers are provided with another excuse to curtail our second amendment rights with this superficial legislation that’ll do absolutely nothing to address the problem.
This country is a pressure cooker about to rupture and our right to bear arms is the only relief valve left to us.
Commies tend to ignore it when commie’s in other governments are the ones who commit mass murder, I’ve noticed.
And when governments do it, the body count is always much, much higher.
