Noem Looking into Putting Bounties on Court Skipping Illegals

GP

According to a leaked DHS procurement document obtained by The Intercept, ICE plans to outsource “Skip Tracing and Process Serving Services” to private firms, providing them with government data on batches of 10,000 immigrants at a time, with potential escalations up to 1,000,000 cases.

The proposal includes an “incentive-based pricing structure” with “monetary bonuses” for high performance, such as pinpointing a target’s address on the first try or successfully locating 90% of assigned individuals within deadlines. More

  1. How about also giving bonuses for physically transporting the IAs to places outside our borders? And maybe not limiting that to land borders.

I thought about also pointing out to the contractors that Arabs are still slavers, but that would bump up against the 13th Amendment.

  2. So how much is this going to cost us taxpayers? Nobody seems to care about that.

I would prefer the government to start suing these states that give illegals drivers licenses. I would prefer more ICE raids on businesses, with massive fines to the business owners for hiring illegals.

If we want to do bounties, do something like a deer tag, only with illegals. All deportees are told that if they are caught back in the US, they will be “in season”.

Oh, and lets pass a federal law that makes attacks on ICE agents an act of terrorism. The gloves need to come off.

  3. @Rich Taylor — How much it’s going to cost needs to be broken down into (A) how much if the job’s done by fed agents, and (B) how much of a bounty will be offered? As long as A>B them I’m OK with outsourcing the function.

It might be interesting to see the results of charging the costs to sanctuary states/cities, weighted by IAs per capita.

  4. Bounties are good. Confiscating their assets because “fines” is good. Cutting off benefits is good. Arresting protesters is good. Raiding employers is good. A multi-pronged approach.

I’d also like to see some arrests of public employees who have facilitated illegal immigration. Start with the clerks at DVMs who issued commercial driver licenses, and work up through the supervisor-to-government-official chain. Nothing stops misbehavior as well as when it affects the miscreant personally.

  5. 6:05 PM EST. Just now on Fox Live CA Leftists are saying just crossing the border ILLEGALLY is not a Federal Crime. Maybe we should start arresting these assholes charging them with trying to re-write Federal Law. Strip them of heir Citizenship and send them to a nice African Country. Maybe the others will actually start to pay attention to the Federal Immigration Laws in the U.S.A.

  6. The neighbor lady, an obnoxious liberal who knows everything, sent an article about that evil Trump separating families. Had to remind her that one of the problems with libs is that they always come up with ideas others have to pay for. Suggested we compromise; I’ll shut up about letting them stay if she pays for them.
