But there was another lawsuit, filed by the Mark Jefferson and Republican Party of Wisconsin that the justices considered. This case challenged the granting of “indefinitely confined” status to 215,000 voters allowing them to avoid voter-id standards and properly applying with their local clerks to vote absentee and had been filed months ago.
That ruling, if I am reading it correctly, tosses all those ballots because the Wisconsin Election Commission and the county clerks clearly violated the law when they allowed citizens to use COVID-19 as an excuse to bypass normal election standards. At least that’s the way it appears to me. You can judge the ruling for yourself and consider what the proper remedy would be for this finding by the court. Here
The proper remedy would be calling the ‘election’ a total fraud, keeping Trump in the WH and holding those responsible for the fraud with serious prison terms and/or death.
