Young men in particular may have other reasons for shying away from Democrats, and those reasons aren’t economic but social.
Young men in the United States have been labeled as misogynistic and sexist for at least a generation. The left shouts about “the patriarchy,” Biden’s new Title IX rules effectively remove due process from young men in academia who are accused of, well, anything. The left hammers young men with “toxic masculinity” accusations when they show any signs of traditional masculinity at all. Yes, we see a smattering of independent thinkers breaking away from the herd, and this is a good thing. But the changes are incremental. The simple fact is that our culture is gynocentric and most women still vote Democrat. And for many men, securing sex requires a fealty to that mindset so the simps will vote D just to get laid, poor miserable souls that they are.
I would not discount the trend of men ages 20-35 who are opting out of many traditions such as marriage, the military and sacrificing well-being for career advancement. Good for them. Men like these will not vote along with the crowd.
Young men may break in larger numbers, but not enough to counteract the number of young women whose overriding desire and sometimes single election issue is to be able to slaughter their own infants at will.
Chicks love to kill their babies.
That’s one thing the Democrats DON’T have to cheat over.
Their ruler in hell already has it covered on the female end.
