The Sky Elements team does it again with a brilliant 1,499-Christmas drone show retelling the Nutcracker ballet. The event, held at the Birdville FAAC football stadium with 1,499 drones, marked the largest and tallest drone show ever witnessed in Texas, towering at 700 feet. The two Guinness World Records that Sky Elements attempted with this drone show were the “Largest Fictional Character made with multi-rotors or drones” and “Largest Aerial Image made with multi-rotors or drones.” More
My honest opinion is that it was pretty good.
My one complaint is they didn’t do St. Onesy Cabbage head like the White Houses this year.
Leaves it lacking the meaning of Christmas.
This display/performance was very nice! Not spectacular, but it didn’t need to be.
Aside: I’m unfortunately sorta used to seeing new technological doo-dads almost immediately co-opted for some kind of adult content. I’m glad I haven’t heard of any drone porn. Yet. I guess they’re still trying to figure out how to monetize it.
Pretty amazing. Next up Project Bluebeam.

Doesn’t outdo the record by Ukraine for using drones to destroy Russian tanks.
Maybe next year they could have 1500 drones drop a few bombs periodically along the Mexican Border across from Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California borders.
