NY Judge Sets Strange Discrimination Precedent

Last year a man from Philadelphia was kicked out of a Manhattan bar because he was wearing a MAGA hat.

He sued.

The judge threw his case out saying that the bar was within their rights because political beliefs are not protected by the law.

GOOD TO KNOW.

“You two guys want me to bake you a wedding cake? You’re gay? Gay people usually vote democrat. You’re democrats? You are? Get the f*ck out of my bakery. You support the left? Get lost!”

The two guys at Starbucks who were black. Blacks overwhelmingly support the left.

“You two guys want to use the bathroom? Did you vote for Hillary? You did? Get the f*ck out of this Starbucks!

The judge has created a discriminatory loophole.

I’m not saying anyone should use it, but it’s there for the taking.

Wait, no. I take that back. I actually would love for a bar owner to toss people out of their bar for supporting the left. Then I’d like to see the court ruling if someone sues.

  1. Last week Gavin McGinnes was saying that we should push back hard. Insisting that the public should have access to the military style weapons. Not just the wimpy AR-15. The thought being that we should be able to protect ourselves…even against the military.

  2. “political beliefs are not protected by the law” … in a private business.

My home is my private business.

“You want to buy my house? Who did you vote for President?

    “Hillary Clinton.”

    “Get out.”

  3. Time was a business could refuse service to anyone. As a “motorcycle enthusiast”, I know 1st hand. Back in the 70s and early 80s, me and my Panhead got ran off a bunch of places, even gas stations.
I’m a big boy, if anyone thinks my money’s not good enough for them, I tend to think it is too good for them anyway, F**k em.
The double standard as applied today pisses me off, though.

  4. Democrat Hypocritical “Rights”- you have the right to free speech, religion, to bear arms, yada, yada, yada, UNLESS you disagree with us. Any questions?

  5. I have absolutely no problem asking contractors and salesmen who they voted for in the last few elections. They sometimes ask if I’m serious and are a little taken aback when assured that I certainly am. With this simple filter, I get excellent service across the board.

  6. I don’t have time to comment on this. I have to run. I own a bakery and government has informed me that I must bake a cake for a ranch-owner who is marrying one of his hands.
